Battery trick, unwrap the buttons

Here is a Handy hack when you need some 1.5v button batteries.

When the next kid toy needs one of these, I know what I am doing.
You can still get them cheaper on ebay, but this still pretty cheap and fast.

I had a spare one of these A23 batteries around the house and tried it. Yep, just like the video. Cool. :-)
