Maryland House Approves Bill That Would Provide $23M Annually for Human Embryonic Stem Cell Research in State
They say that they are going to use the money from the tobacco settlement. If I remember correctly, they said they were going to use the tobacco money for the children. I did not realize that they would use the money to create children and then rip them apart.
Please notify you state representative before the MD senate passes thier bill. Mr. Ehrlich will sign the darn thing.
Housebill (HB 1183) and the senate (SB 751)
On the same page they are talking about (HB 398) which is for a fetal homicide bill.
This is only for "viable" fetuses that could live outside the womb. The pro-death supports are concerned about supporting this because is could have an effect on the death on demand healthcare for children.
